On the 21st of November 2019 an introductory workshop on KUTEL project was held at the Kostanay State Pedagogical University (KSPU) for students of the Faculty of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Faculty of Natural Sciences.

On October 30, 2019, 4 partner universities of KUTEL project (IITU, KOKSU, AMKU, AUPET), took part in the International Conference “The new societal dimension in the mission of Higher Education” that had place in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan.
Doctor of physical Sciences, Professor Gita Revalde, the president of Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications told about the project "KUTEL" in her report "Internal quality assurance systems and autonomy of universities" at the III Central Asian International Forum on education quality assurance.

On the 26th and 27th of September 2019 the KUTEL second project meeting took place in Patras, Greece. It has been hosted by the Hellenic Open University (HOU) leading partner of the research, that will soon be concluded.
On 18th of September, 2019 at Abay Myrzakhmetov Kokshetau University (Kokshetau, Kazakhstan) took place opening ceremony of the KUTEL Laboratory of Digital Educational Technologies.
